Between the years 2000 and 2008, the company established a new neighborhood called “Neve Yitzhak Rabin” in the east of the city of Nahariya. Over the years, the neighborhood has been given the name “Green Nahariya.”
As part of the project, Villar built and delivered more than 1,200 new apartments to young couples and housing developers.
From a new neighborhood, Green Nahariya has become a sought-after neighborhood in a city that is close to cultural, commercial and transportation hubs. In light of the growing demand, the company carried out another phase of construction called the “Green Villar” and built another 12 buildings in which about 480 additional apartments were delivered.
